Phở Hà – Still the Best Chicken Phở

After decades of making perhaps the best phở gà (chicken phở), Phở Hà was forced to move just down the street by a landlord eviction. Although the landlord has tried to replace Phở Hà‘s menu himself at its prior location, do yourself a favor and stick with the excellent original now moved a few doors away at its new location: 17-19 Hải Triều Street, District 1.
