I confirm Quan 94 is great. I love crab, and I eat there at least once a week ! Vermicellies or fried rice with crab, crab soup, deep fried crab… There are 2 restaurants with the same name and same food 20 meters from each other, I don’t know which one is the original or if it is the same owner, do you know about this ?
I’m in Binh Thanh, my other “canteen” is Papaya restaurant, at Chi Nghia’s place in Pham Viet Chanh street. So fresh and delicate, we can see she worked in 5 stars hotels before. The difference is there you will pay less than $10…
